that brought out the magnificence of the Bengali tradition - Sindur Khela! Known as a vermillion game where married Bengali Hindu women apply sindoor on the forehead and feet of the goddess and offer sweets to her then go around applying sindoor on each other's faces.
With the current track showcasing how Kunal (Shakti Arora) has left Mauli (Aditi Sharma) for Nandini (Drashti Dhami) and continues to go ahead with their relationship despite societal pressure. A shocked Mauli, gets upset when she unknowingly applies Sindoor on Nandini as the festival symbolizes the power of womanhood and her praying to keep her family away from all evil. Through the ritual of Sindur Khela, the Bengali Hindu women also pray for long and happy married lives of each other, which is why having Nandini be a part of the festivities truly enraged Mauli.
