Surya Group has started UPVC-CPVC pipe production
Raipur November, 2nd 2010: Surya Roshni, the flagship company of the Rs. 2,500 crore Surya Group
and the largest exporter of G.I. pipes in the country, has entered the field
of UPVC & CPVC pipes and has launched the best PVC pipes in the world
which is being manufactured with the state-of-the -art technology/plant
imported from Europe.

best quality raw material will be imported from Japan. These CPVC pipes
and plumbing pipes are gradually being liked by Architects/ Builders/
Contractors. The plumbing and PVC pipes of Surya are also being used in
the large projects of NCR.
Surya has become the largest company in India in G.I. pipes. Similarly,
Surya is gradually planning to become one of the largest companies in high
quality CPVC and plumbing pipes.
In plumbing and CPVC pipes, mostly various sizes ranging from 15mm to
50 mm are used. We have started production of high quality fittings as well.
In fittings, all the ranges of Elbows, Couplers, Ts, Reducers and Unions are
being manufactured.
Now these PVC pipes are available in all states of North India and repeated
orders praising the quality have started to pour in.
In India, nowadays SWR pipes are being used to bring down the rain water
in sewerage. These products are also available at this factory.
Surya Roshni Group is producing more than 1 million ton pipes in the
country including spiral pipes which is available in all the states. Surya is
the largest producer of G.I. pipes which is used in water supply. Apart from
Steel, Surya Roshni is prominent in the Lighting market with a market share
of 25% and is one among the two largest manufacturers in India. Surya has
many expansion plans in the coming days. This expansion will see more
than 6000 people getting jobs in an year. Surya Group's sale/ turnover is
expected to touch Rs. 5000 crore by the year 2012. |
