Present at the inauguration from Rajdhani were Mr. Aji Nair, Assistant Vice President, FnB Division, Mirah
Hospitality and Mr. Pradeep Sehgal, CEO, South Asian Hospitality, Master Franchisee for Rajdhani in North
India.
Commenting on the opening Aji Nair, AVP, FnB Division, Mirah Hospitality said, “Chhattisgarh has grown

Known as ‘the thali place,’ the restaurant provides 27 different items in each thali and the entire range
is served continuously. Moreover, the restaurant interiors sport a contemporary look and feel providing
customers with a complete taste of India.
Thalis will be served at just Rs. 149 plus taxes for lunch and dinner on all days including weekends. And
throughout the year 22464 vegetarian delicacies from 72 different rotating menus are served. Rajdhani
provides even the most regular customers the flavour of novelty. Some of the delicious treats include
smoked chaas (buttermilk), Bajri rotlas, trevati daal-bati churma, gatte ka saag, kathiawadi kadi, bhindi
upkari, undhiya, usal, misal and aamti dal, dal dhokli, khichdi with gujju kadhi, kashmiri karela, saragva ni
sing, thepla, bhakris, puran polis, patra, ringan hollo, avial, kandvi, dhoklas and khasta kachori. |
